1. Technology

80 % of all Americans complain of lower back pain at some point in their lives. Every day activities like sitting at a desk, putting your shoes on, riding a bike, etc., can lead to debilitating back pain. Overuse and abuse over time will eventually catch up to us all and our daily lives are conducive to living fast and convenient. Poor lifestyle choices throughout the years have contributed to back pain, but you can be proactive and address many of the issues before they become unbearable.

I know no one wants to hear it but our obsession with technology has not helped our long term health. The neck and back are strained through texting, working on a computer, watching tv. The list really goes on and on. While no one expects you to give that up completely, taking breaks and doing exercises will pay off in the long run.
